Problem

This site required planning permission to convert the vacant former IT storage unit into two self-contained duplexes. This involved extensive consultations with Ealing Council to secure the necessary consents, including demolition of the existing structure.

Solution

Our meticulous approach allowed us to reconfigure the space, enhancing its value through innovative design and structural improvements. Construction has begun on this challenging site, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2024.
